I have been thinking its time to do a cleanse lately so of course now all I can think about is food. I don’t usually post about food on my blog but I take tons of pictures of the meals I cook and share them on Twitter. Since all I’ll be eating for the next few weeks are steamed veggies and fish (ok, maybe more but those are staples), I thought I’d share some of my favorite dishes from the past few weeks:
Baked tilapia with roasted potatoes and organic greens, spaghetti with Blue Parrot sauce, Gorgonzola cheese and baby spinach, carrot muffins, and veggie scramble bake.
Cream of cauliflower and butternut squash soup, grilled New Zealand rack of lamb, grilled chicken with spicy eggplant, creole rice, and grilled peppers.
I saved the best for last (seafood is my comfort food). Homemade Maryland crab cakes with black beans and rice, Thai shrimp, steamed mussels, clams and shrimp, and grilled salmon.
Whenever I need a yummy food fix in the next few weeks, I’m come back and look at these pics!
